Common questions

Can I switch plans later?
Yes, upgrade or downgrade any time from your dashboard. We pro-rate the difference, so you never pay twice for the same month.
Is annual billing available?
Annual billing with a discount is coming soon. For now everything is monthly so you can leave whenever you want. No contract trap.
What happens if I hit my response limit?
Free lets you read your first 5 responses across your account. This allowance does not renew each month; upgrade to access additional responses. Paid plans have monthly response limits.
Can I listen to recordings on the Free plan?
Free includes transcripts and AI summaries of voice replies, plus written responses. Audio playback and downloads are included with Pro and Scale.
How do I cancel?
One click in your dashboard, no email exchange required (German law: §312k Kündigungsbutton). You keep access until the end of the paid period.
Do you offer VAT-compliant invoices?
Yes. All invoices are issued via Stripe with proper VAT handling for EU customers (reverse charge for B2B with valid VAT ID, standard rate otherwise).
