Common questions

Can I switch plans later?
Yes, upgrade or downgrade any time from your dashboard. We pro-rate the difference, so you never pay twice for the same month.
Is annual billing available?
Annual billing with a discount is coming soon. For now everything is monthly so you can leave whenever you want. No contract trap.
What happens if I hit my response limit?
Existing responses stay safe and viewable. New responses are paywalled until you upgrade or the next billing cycle starts. We never delete your data for going over the limit.
Where is my data stored?
All audio and metadata stays in the EU. Audio lives in a private Cloudflare R2 bucket; transcription and summaries run on Mistral AI (also EU-hosted). No data leaves the EU at any point.
How do I cancel?
One click in your dashboard, no email exchange required (German law: §312k Kündigungsbutton). You keep access until the end of the paid period.
Do you offer VAT-compliant invoices?
Yes. All invoices are issued via Stripe with proper VAT handling for EU customers (reverse charge for B2B with valid VAT ID, standard rate otherwise).
