Your first voice response, start to finish.
Three steps. One question, one link, one real answer. Here's how to go from signup to your first transcript.
The short answer
Three steps to your first response.
Create the prompt, check the receiver page, then send it to one person who can answer from recent experience.
Write your question in the dashboard
Click "New Magic Link" and type the one question you would most want to ask in a real conversation. Open-ended works best: "Tell me about the last time..." gives you more signal than "Would you use..." One question per link is the sweet spot.
Copy the link and send it to one person
Your Magic Link is ready the moment you click create. Paste it into a WhatsApp message, a LinkedIn DM, or a reply to an email. The person you send it to does not need to install anything or create an account. They just tap the link and hit record.
Read the transcript and AI summary
After they submit a spoken answer, it appears in your dashboard with the original audio. Transcription and the summary follow after processing. Open the response to review all three together.

For founders
Validate without booking 50 calls
Send one focused question to a relevant group and review the responses in one place.
For product managers
User interviews without calendar chaos
Async voice fits into a sprint. A 30-minute call does not. Hear from users between releases.
For sales teams
Feedback that Salesforce can't give you
Ask the prospect who went dark. Ask the customer who churned. Voice answers where forms fail.
For consultants
Client feedback between sessions
A Magic Link is quieter than a survey and faster than a call. Collect it in the flow of the engagement.

The fastest way to learn it is to send one.
Pick one question you would normally ask in a call. Send it to one person today. Everything clicks once you see a real answer come back.
