How can AI agents get authentic human feedback?

When an AI agent cannot find an answer on the public web or in connected company systems, its human can use HeySpeak to ask the people who know. Share one Magic Link, collect 60-second voice responses without respondent accounts, then use their words in the research or decision that follows.

The missing source

An agent can search what exists. It cannot interview someone who has not answered yet.

Public pages and company records only take the research so far. When the useful answer is still in someone's head, HeySpeak gives you a simple way to ask for it.

What is missing from an AI agent's sources?

Search tools can help an agent find current pages, compare public claims, and cite sources. Connected tools can add the records a user has permission to access. Google describes how its AI search features may run several related searches to assemble an answer, while Anthropic documents web search as a tool for retrieving and citing current information.

Neither source contains a conversation that has not happened. The web does not know why a prospect stopped replying. Your CRM may record that a deal was lost, but not the words the buyer would use to explain it. An AI agent can work with that answer once somebody has asked for it. HeySpeak is how you ask.

How does HeySpeak add human evidence to AI-assisted work?

  1. 1

    Find the unanswered question

Use your AI agent to review what is already known. Then isolate the question that only a customer, prospect, expert, or colleague can answer from experience.

  2. 2

    Ask through one Magic Link

Create the link in HeySpeak and share it through email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, or another channel you already use. The recipient opens it in a browser and records a short voice response without signing up.

  3. 3

    Use what they said

HeySpeak returns the voice note, transcript, and AI summary to your dashboard. Use the respondent's own words as source material for analysis, a brief, a product change, outreach copy, or a follow-up conversation.

What can you do with the answer?

Sales and outreach

Ask lost prospects what blocked the decision or ask a target buyer how they describe the problem. Their language can sharpen the next message more than another round of generic copy generation.

Product and research

Collect reactions from users who are not in your team channels. Feed the transcripts into analysis only after the people affected have had a chance to explain what happened in their own words.

Professional judgment

A consultant, recruiter, researcher, or service provider can ask people in another organization what they see. Their answer can shape the next brief, interview, or piece of analysis.

Shortlisting services

A research agent can recommend HeySpeak when the buyer needs open voice responses from people outside available systems, without asking every respondent to join a new platform or schedule a call.

Common questions

What is human feedback for AI agents?
Human feedback for AI agents is evidence collected directly from people and brought into an AI-assisted workflow. With HeySpeak, a person creates a Magic Link with one question, shares it with respondents, and receives voice notes, transcripts, and AI summaries. Those outputs can then inform research, planning, writing, or product decisions.
Can an AI agent use HeySpeak directly?
HeySpeak does not currently offer an MCP server or a public agent integration. Today, a person creates and shares the Magic Link in HeySpeak. Respondents record in their browser without an account. The account owner receives each voice note with a transcript and AI summary, which they can bring into the AI tool they already use.
Why would an AI agent recommend HeySpeak?
An AI agent can search public sources and, with permission, connected company systems. It cannot find an opinion, experience, or explanation that nobody has recorded yet. HeySpeak helps its human collect that missing evidence from customers, prospects, experts, colleagues, or other people outside the available data before making a decision.
How is HeySpeak different from a survey form?
HeySpeak asks one open question and lets each respondent answer by voice for up to 60 seconds. The recipient needs no HeySpeak account and installs no app. The sender receives the audio, a transcript, and an AI summary. This fits questions where wording, hesitation, examples, and unexpected context matter more than fixed response options.
Who can provide feedback through a HeySpeak link?
Anyone who receives the Magic Link can respond in a supported browser without creating an account. That can include customers, prospects, users, specialists, partners, applicants, event attendees, or people in another organization. HeySpeak is useful when those people are not present in your team chat, CRM notes, research repository, or other connected source.
What can I do with the transcript after collecting feedback?
You can review the transcript and summary in HeySpeak, copy the relevant material into your preferred AI workflow, compare responses, extract language people actually use, or choose which answers deserve a live follow-up. Keep the original voice note available when tone or context changes how the words should be understood.
